Functional Life SMS Program

Subscribers receive non-marketing texts concerning requested information and appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, or cancellations.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing messages according to your carrier plan.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to a message from us. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent, after which further program messages will stop. To subscribe again, complete our SMS opt-in process again.
