Your Personal Training program will start with your Success Session. We will discuss all areas of fitness and nutrition and start to design the perfect program for you.
After your Success Session you will meet with one of our expert trainers and complete our “Intro” workout. This will establish our baseline for you and will allow us to scale the workouts to YOUR level. During your time with us, you will receive frequent reassessments that will track your progress and keep you accountable to guarantee your success!
